I may not be a child of the eighties but sometimes I sure feel like it. I’ve got plenty of hair, and I’m drawn to all things neon. I had a wonderful meeting today and some really exciting things are happening! I can’t wait to share with you all.
This is what happens when you live in a zoo.
Cut-out back shirts are perfect for summer since they keep your back open and show a little skin at the same time. I’m still unpacking my college life, and I found an oversized black tee that I probably bought in preparation for a swap or theme party of some sort. In an effort to procrastinate my unpacking, I decided to do a DIY with it. I thought about doing a heart or a triangle, and finally settled on a skull after finding this inspiration from Hurley.
- T-shirt of your choice
- Sharpie or fabric chalk that will show up on your selected t-shirt
Finally sending graduation announcements
A new journal from my other half, Mary
The brutal heat of the south can be so uncomfortable that I can’t eat anything too hot or heavy, so I’ve been playing with lighter options for lunch. These two recipes have been my go-to for healthy and delicious lunch choices.
Okay. See what had happened was…I had to go to Target to pick up a prescription. And my mom needed me to get a few things for her. It started as a simple errand run. Well, my Target has the shoe section on the left when you walk in. And I have a serious shoe problem. Not quite as serious as my coffee problem, but it’s a close second. In fact, yesterday I was going through all of my shoes and decided I’m going to get rid of the ones I don’t wear to make room for new ones. Except I skipped that step and bought three pairs of shoes today. I’ll get rid of the other ones sometime in the near future (read: I’ll probably hold onto them for another six months).
But really, this is why I shouldn’t be allowed in Target by myself. I can’t wait to show you guys what I wear these shoes with though!
